Six weeks of recipes to catch up on too! Sorry:) I don't really love nuts in things but I really liked this...
8 C. Oatmeal Squares cereal
2 C. Craisins
2 C. pecans
1/4 C. butter
1/2 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. corn syrup
Cook butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup to a boil stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add 1/2 tsp. soda and 1 tsp. vanilla. Pour over cereal mixture and stir until everything is coated. Put on a cookie sheet and bake for 30 minutes at 250.

I love reading your blog and I cut and paste your recipies so I can have some Amber cooking her in CA. You always made the yummiest stuff. I still want the recipe to that one casserole with tomatoe sauce and brown sugar I can't remember but it was good. Have fun witht hat cute baby!
